What should be paid attention to when brazing copper and copper alloys?

The following points should be paid attention to when flame brazing of copper and copper alloys. 

① Try to minimize brazing heating time to avoid excessive oxidation at the joint  

② The brazing wire cannot be directly heated by flame brazing, but the welded parts should be heated so that the soldering parts can melt, wet and fill the joints after they hit the welded parts. Do not heat the flame to the melted solder and flux to prevent the solder and flux from overheating, causing volatility of certain components and oxidation of the solder and flux, causing the performance of the joint to deteriorate. If the weldment is not heated enough and the solder cannot fill the gap, the base material near the brazing joint can be heated with flame, and heat can be transferred to the solder to make it melted by heat, and fill the entire gap under the action of capillary suction and flux. 

③ After the parts are brazed, do not move immediately to avoid the brazing seams being staggered due to the failure of the brazing material.
